- Returns and Refunds

5.2. Items that were delivered incorrectly at the fault of Largo Plant Services Ltd, will be return and replaced at no extra cost to the customer.
5.3. If an item was ordered incorrectly by the customer, then the customer is liable for any returns fees, and to pay the difference on any replacement parts (if applicable).
